The double room is functional and en suite. The breakfast variety is gorgeous with jams, good service. The location of the hotel in London is great, so close to several Underground and bus stations.

The hotel is immaculately clean with a nice design and extremely helpful staff. Fabulous variety at breakfast. Perfect, decent location in the very very nice area. 20 km away from London City airport. Very good service throughout 

Regret that we didn't have time and missed a bagged breakfast.

Handy location in Westminster Borough district near to the center, Harrods through Hyde Park in 30 minutes and London during the hotter months.

Handy, ideal location in London, not far from 24 Caring, Hyde Park and tube stations and the city centre 3 tube stations. Besides, easy to get to Whiteleys Retail Company.

We were upgraded to compact triple room with a nice bathroom.

Absolutely brilliant and pleasant place, welcoming staff with the receptionist and manager. Very central location, easy base for discovering London. Decent area and lovely views. Lovely breakfast, compact triple room. An electric kettle, instant coffee, and a hair

we stayed in a triple room complete with shared bathroom, plenty storage space plus double-glazed windows. lovely breakfast and other services were fantastic.

There was a wide array of great options for bagged breakfast. There were air conditioning, an electric kettle and tea/coffee in the room, liked that. The location was convenient and really handy and the services were
